Fillers for the rubber industry

Alongside our comprehensive range of industrial carbon blacks, we also supply a large number of active and inactive mineral fillers:

Aluminium silicates that are used as hydrogenated soft kaolins or as calcined so-called hard kaolins. They have a positive effect on the hardness and strength as well as the deformation compression properties of the vulcanizates.

Mica, plate-like layered silicates:
our wet-milled special type of Mica Concord 200/325 has a defined particle size, is chemically inert, resistant to heat and weather and exhibits very good electrically insulating properties.

Precipitated silicic acid:
Silicic acids exhibit a high potential for reinforcement and give rubber blends particularly high values for tensile strength, Shore hardness, tear propagation resistance and abrasion resistance.

LUVOMAXX® CF fillers

Naturally occurring blends of carbon and cryptocrystalline silicic acid with platelet-like structures. Improve gas impermeability. Reduce heat build-up, ensure low permanent set characteristics and enhance the fatigue characteristics of vulcanizates. In combination with carbon blacks, Luvomaxx® CF fillers act as dispersants and ensure better distribution of the carbon black. Thanks to their low apparent density they also bring potential savings.
