Lehmann&Voss&Co. and the LUVOMAXX® business unit have signed an agreement with the Chinese company Shandong Dawn Polymer Co. Ltd in Longkou to exclusively promote the Dawnprene brand of thermoplastic vulcanizates (TPV) in Europe.
Dawn Polymer is certified to ISO/TS16949 and a recognized, reliable producer of supreme quality TPV in China. It supplies a broad range of products for extrusion, injection moulding, moulded parts and cable manufacture.
The extensive product portfolio offers a large selection of different degrees of hardness in carbon-black-filled grades, in natural colour or with pigmentation according to customer requirements.
Dawnprene TPV meets the requirements typically placed on rubber blends, such as heat resistance and low compression set characteristics, but can nevertheless be used on conventional plastics processing equipment and presents no difficulties for recycling.
Dawn Polymer supplies OEMs of prominent car manufacturers in their Asian production facilities and thus fulfils all the requirements for a successful joint marketing campaign in Europe with LUVOMAXX®.
